Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Les Cases d’Alcanar, Mediterranean Coast. By booking and staying at our property, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Conditions
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
- A valid government-issued ID may be required during check-in.
- Full payment or deposit confirmation is required to secure the booking.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
Late check-in requests must be communicated in advance.
Occupancy
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests unless otherwise agreed.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Respect neighbors and local community rules
- Keep the property clean and in good condition
- Avoid excessive noise, parties, or illegal activities
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets
Pets are only allowed upon prior request and approval.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
Property Access
The host reserves the right to access the property when necessary for maintenance, emergencies, or security reasons.
Liability
The property owner is not responsible for:
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Injuries caused by misuse of facilities
- Temporary interruptions of utilities, internet, or external services
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed under the laws and regulations applicable in Spain.
