Flexible Cancellation Policy
At Les Cases d’Alcanar, Mediterranean Coast, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.
Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Partial Refund
For cancellations made within 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued for:
- No-shows
- Early departures
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in
Booking Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and may involve price differences depending on the season.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances beyond the guest’s control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will review cancellation requests individually.
